Newt Scamander, bohater filmu „Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”, wraca w 1926 roku z wyprawy dookoła świata, której celem było odnalezienie i opisanie szeregu fantastycznych zwierząt. Zatrzymuje się na krótko w Nowym Jorku, gdzie mogłoby obyć się bez żadnych incydentów... gdyby nie pewien No-Maj (tj. amerykański mugol) o imieniu Jacob, kłopoty z magicznym przypadkiem oraz ucieczka kilku fantastycznych zwierząt Newta. Wszystko to może być źródłem niemałych problemów, zarówno dla świata magicznego, jak i No-Majów.

Oceny i recenzje

Having grown up with the Harry Potter books and movies I gotta say, I really love that they have taken some note worthy characters and given some more insight on their impact on the Wizarding world. Especially liked that it takes place in America since I have always wondered what the Wizarding situation was like here. The creatures were captivating although some I don't recall being mentioned in any of the HP books. I'd love to see more movies like this, based in Eastern Europe or SE asia.

It's a movie that features action and is PG-13. I'd give it a 2 but it's pretty whatchable as a one off HP story.

Great! Loved it! A little dark halfway through but what Harry Potter movie isn't? The creatures were well designed all the way through, and the story was awesome! Newt has to be my personal favorite because I can relate to him on so many levels. Totally recommend for 12+ at least.
