I've seen TONS of people lose weight and feel great by eating lots more fruits and vegetables and juicing while cutting down or eliminating fats entirely. I've also seen thousands of people heal severe and supposedly "incurable" chronic illnesses, including diabetes, with high (CLEAN) carb and low fat diets. This film is total propaganda. Check out the work being done at Mastering Diabetes with Cyrus Khambatta, PhD and Robby Barbaro. Thousands of people are healing their diabetes by learning how the body, and especially the liver and pancreas, really work. High fat clouds the blood and makes it extremely difficult for insulin to do it's job and for the liver to filter blood. Over a long enough period of time, all the high fat mixed with bad sugars (HFCS in sodas, ice cream, cakes, pastries, etc) is what leads to severe insulin resistance and eventually diabetes. Sometimes when people start cleansing their livers by lowering the fats and getting more fruit and juicing more, they'll sometimes smell aging cheese and rotting flesh and even taste this acrid stuff in their mouth as deep pockets of toxic and rancid fat is released from their body. You know what you'll never smell or taste being released from within you during a deep cleanse like that? Grapes, oranges, apples, bananas, mangoes, lemons, cucumbers, celery, spinach. This film is made only to try and save careers built on lies and false information, nothing more.

The 1-star review is obviously employed by Monsanto, General Mills, or a similar organization poisoning Americans. NOWHERE in this movie do the narrators or interviewees state, "You SHOULD mix high fructose corn syrup with high fat." That reviewer obviously did not watch this movie. If he wasn't spreading the lies and propaganda of the FDA, Grain, and Corn industries, and actually watched this movie, he'd see just the opposite. Please watch this movie. It's beneficial for us all.

If you're struggling with your weight and diabetes, watch this. If you can't seem to shed the pounds inspite of all the low fat dieting, exercising and calorie counting, watch this. If everything you've been told about how to lose weight has never made sense to you, this will make clear what the problems are. One simply cannot be on a low fat/high carb diet and lose weight. One needs to just look at the rising obesity levels in the US to see this. This doc will help put you on a path that could save your limbs (if you're Type 2 diabetic) if not your life.
