The diet recommended by the USDA will make you fat. Losing weight isn’t about counting calories. It’s about controlling the hormones that make you fat. This film features humorous animations as well as informative interviews with doctors and researchers.

So glad I found this in the Google Play Store. I own the DVD and have gifted several to friends and family. Great introduction to the politics and ineptitude that is modern nutrition research. After watching I suggest buying Gary Taubes' Good Calories, Bad Calories: Fats, Carbs, and the Controversial Science of Diet and Health.

I had a feeling Spurlock was full of shit so I watched this. I was correct. Spurlock will sat anything and mislead you however he can to sell you his line of bullshit.

If you care at all about proper diet, the effects of fast food on diet, and the obesity crisis, this film is an absolute Must See. Naughton is far funnier, far more personable, and far better researched than Spurlock, and this film puts "Super Size Me" to shame!
