Based on the true story of a boxer turned priest, the film traces the life of Father Stuart Long, from his self-destruction to his redemption. After reaching the high point of his amateur boxing career, Stuart is now fighting to find meaning in his life. When he comes close to death in a road accident, he is offered a second chance and changes his vision of things. He then discovered a new faith and his true vocation.
