To save his declining business, Chris Cringle (Mel Gibson), also known as Santa Claus, is forced into a partnership with the U.S. military. Making matters worse, Chris gets locked into a deadly battle of wits against a highly skilled assassin (Walton Goggins), hired by a precocious 12-year-old after receiving a lump of coal in his stocking. 'Tis the season for Fatman to get even, in the action-comedy that keeps on giving.

Dark bore, badly acted, poorly directed and not a speck of humor. Nothing would of pleased me more than some really black humor during this year of covid-19. Unfortunately I purchased for $15 because I had faith in Mel's ability to make hits worth watching over again... totally missed the mark for this unhappy customer

0 stars. If you like quality films then don't waste your time and money. The characters could be better played by robots. Like when Santa's wife says "l'm sorry" before she shoots the guy who supposedly murders her husband. Storyline too straightforward and not interesting at all. Super slow and worthless moments. It would be a struggle to enjoy this while drunk.

A different take on the big guy. Not Academy awards stuff but I enjoyed it. Parts could of been stretched out a bit but it works. I commend them for thinking outside the box on this and not turn it into some hokey christmas crapola. Definitely not for younger kids and whiney "Karen's".
