Film honi buruz

Magic and adventure await in FernGully, a spectacular rainforest where a bat named Batty, whose radar has gone haywire, joins together with Crysta, Pips and the Beetle Boys to save their marvelous world from the evil Hexxus. Ignoring the warnings of her friends, Crysta, the curious tree fairy, explores the world beyond FernGully. She discovers Zak, a real live human who is helping demolish the rainforest. Once Zak sees the beauty and magic of FernGully he vows to save it. But it may be too late. The Diabolical Hexxus is on the loose and intent on destroying all of FernGully. This animated feature rocks with an original score performed by Sheena Easton, Raffi, Tone-Loc and others.

The best movie ever, duh! Wore this tape out when I was growing up....i identified with it due to living in a forest with a creek and a river through it on a farm....i loved animals and plants and grew up gardening and caring for so many hundreds of animal friends so being an only child didn't bother me at all then....i remember not being as terrified of any villian as i was of the one in this movie....the vibe you get truly creates a deep understanding of the nature of true evil even when young

This beautiful movie shows children what it will look like if the earth has no plants, no trees, and no creatures (that is to say: "Animals"). The story of the film as a whole is fast-paced, very gripping, and very strong with an entertaing attractive element after another. Because of the genre & setup, This movie is loaded with magic and imagination, & lets not forget the fun silly humor, and most of the humor is from batty the bat voiced by Robin Williams. Is it one of the perfect movies? Not really. Most of the time, the animation is not blended very well with the foreground and background compared to animated movies from the 80s, which are a handful of inches better. And there are times where the lip syncing is not in sync with the words. But the characters are very well made & amazing to look at. And the visuals are beautiful with a punch of art. Some of the songs are memorable and well-fitted. Hexxus voiced by the notorious Tim Curry is a very scary demonic spirit of habitat destruction, and Tim's voice is correct for this ghastly monstrosity. & The authentic message about saving the enviornment and is what makes this movie very important to recommend for every family.

Love this movie! It was an early exposure to the need to conserve and protect nature and all it's wonder. This movie exposes children to the concept of death and the cycle of life in a child appropriate way instead of dressing it up in political correctness as if it is a myth because some parents these days think that these concepts are dangerous and that children should be sheltered. This movie helped to shape me growing up so how is it not beneficial for today's children? That was my response to some of the PC reviews I read.
