Varun is a non-resident Indian who lives in Texas, United States of America with his brothers. He is a medical student aiming to become a neurosurgeon. Varun comes to India along with his younger brother for Raju's marriage to Renuka. There he meets Bhanumathi, Renuka's younger sister. They fall in love with each other, but their personal differences create complications.

A superb romantic feel good movie.i was enjoyed this movie.superb direction by sekhar kammula.a nice acting pair from varun tej and sai pallavi.i watched this movie in tamil dubbing name bhanumathi.songs and bgm were been very good.i am giving this movie is five out of five
