Varun is a non-resident Indian who lives in Texas, United States of America with his brothers. He is a medical student aiming to become a neurosurgeon. Varun comes to India along with his younger brother for Raju's marriage to Renuka. There he meets Bhanumathi, Renuka's younger sister. They fall in love with each other, but their personal differences create complications.

Love Hate Love Story, potrayed brilliant. Sai Pallavi just steals the show. After blockbuster Premam if there is any movie which Sai Pallavi will be remembered for is Fidaa. This movie had Terrific Response not only in India but also in Foreign countries. When it featured on TV it broke all TRP records and its also dubbed in Hindi and played many times on movie channels like Star Gold, Max, ZeeCinema etc. Please watch this movie in original language even if you cant understand to keep the aroma.
