Finley, a talented aspiring violinist, meets Beckett, a famous young movie star, on the way to her college semester abroad program in a small coastal village in Ireland. An unexpected romance emerges as the heartthrob Beckett leads the uptight Finley on an adventurous reawakening, and she emboldens him to take charge of his future, until the pressures of his stardom get in the way.

Poor mans "Post cards to Juliet". Acting was really bad and the directing needed improvement as the scenes where not realistic. Dad burns a hand on a tray and does not run it under water??? Puts some stupid patch on it. Not worth the rental. Watched 30 mins trying to give it a chance and had to turn it off. I really need to look at the rotten tomatoes score before renting.

Very good! Sweet and original story. Great supporting performances from Patrick Bergin and the beautiful Vanessa Redgrave.
