Secret Service Agent Alex McGregor (Daryl Hannah, Splash) trains constantly with her elite team for a job she hopes she will never have to perform: protecting President Jonathan Hayes (Gregory Harrison, TV's "Trapper John, M.D.") from a life-threatening situation. As the first female Secret Service agent in charge of the Presidential detail, the threats are as numerous and constant as the complications to her love life. When Grant mentions that he can't find the right moment to propose, the President suggests he come along on an upcoming trip to Seattle, overriding Alex's objections about distractions.
