The most significant point made is not only the ultimate grandeur of space and the view of the Earth in the “Earthrise” photos, but, rather, the fact that the very existence of Earth, no matter how beautiful it be from the Moon...or during the on trek thereto...it and all of its inhabitants are so tiny as to be totally insignificant within the enormity and grandeur of the Universe.
