Through restored archival films and audio, Apollo 8 Astronauts Frank Borman, Jim Lovell, and Bill Anders tell you in their own words how their three different stories got them into the same tiny capsule pointed at the Moon — and what happened next.

This is an absolutely stunning remembrance of one of the most significant, important events in the entire history of humankind. The most significant point made is not only the ultimate grandeur of space and the view of the Earth in the “Earthrise” photos, but, rather, the fact that the very existence of Earth, no matter how beautiful it be from the Moon...or during the on trek thereto...it and all of its inhabitants are so tiny as to be totally insignificant within the enormity and grandeur of the Universe.
