I saw it in the theater in 1986 and it was absolutely fantastic.it was so wild and it seemed so realistic that you felt like you were there in it with the boy. The little boy was just so adorable and he made you like him instantly. I would love to see a remake of the movie now with more special effects and more Syfy put in it.I would watch it I am such a fan of Disney and such a fan of navigator I would love to see a remake. Love this movie so much, just recently got rid of all my vhs tapes and got em all on dvd, this one was first to be replaced, so dissapointing to know that Disney has green lighted the remake to this, it just won't have the same magic as the original FOTN

I used to watch this all the time as a kid. My video store had it on the "kids get one movie free with rental" rack. Lol more than anything its nostalgia now, but it is an interesting story, and a lot of fun
