The only people who can possibly like this one are the ones who didn't have the true 80s-movie experience of the first. This movie was totally awful and extremely forgettable. Nothing compared to the original. I also think they overly-intended the female lead to be Miley Cyrus or something. Barf.

All they did was change the songs to Country and Hiphop. Many of the scenes are word for word and even the camera angles are the same. They would have done better to re-release the original than deface it with this film.

The Original Footloose With Kevin Bacon was Best and it has the Best SoundTrack by KennyLoggins but this Remake Sucked And Wasn't As Good As The Original This Is Why Hollywood Has no more ideas and can't come up with new one's and Have to Runen Classic Films
