Bette Midler gives the brassiest, sassiest performance of her career as Dixie Leonard, a USO singer whose electrifying stage presence, and flair for outrageous comedy, captivates troops and civilians alike. huge I mean huge fan of Ms. Midler movie and music for over 20 years i love she's fun to watch and she's so inspiring to me she's one of my many idols for a reason 😀
