Elston (Keith Robinson), a dedicated and ambitious attorney, has earned the respect and trust of Randall Trace (Clifton Powell), his boss and mentor. However, Elston reaches a pivotal point in his career when, after missing out on a coveted promotion, he falls in love with Vanessa (Erica Hubbard), the boss's sexy, manipulative wife. Vanessa comforts him after he receives the bad news, but Elston comes to find that Vanessa has her own motives in mind.
