Alexander Coates' (Seagal) criminal empire has been good to him and devastating to his enemies until his number one hit man, Roman Hurst (rising martial artist Bren Foster), messes up what should have been a routine hit. Alexander spares his protégé's life but cripples his hands, thus retiring Hurst forever. Before long, Alexander realizes that he'll need Hurst's help when crime rival and ruthless killer Ice Man (Rhames) surfaces and threatens his domain.

I'm not even going to watch this crap. It just gets one star by default for the cost and that it has Steven Seagal in it. Even a month from now when it ends up on Netflix I'm STILL not going to watch it.

I'm a big action movie star and people are pretty stoked on me. And then I put a picture of myself up on the Internet and I had my shirt off and I said "Do you think I'm ripped?" and some people commented saying I didn't look ripped, that I was fat, and they called me Steven Se-boom-boom, so I put another picture on the Internet and I thought people would be stoked on me, but they said that I looked like a fat turd, and they said I wasn't buff.

Another great movie fron seagal. He is an amazing actor. As he walks in a room, he commands respect from the very beginning.
