Missing a grain of salt. The premise has some merit, pity the lecturing hijacked it. There were plenty of good sources interviewed, some sound research behind the theories put forward (and they gave the hysterics a wide berth) but the poor/repetitive use of the material and one sided argument let down what could have been a good film. Rather than an opportunity for the plant based lobbyists to support their case it's one more heavy handed, predigested exercise in something that looks horribly like propaganda and the approach will probably lose them more interest than they gain.

This was a gamer changer for me. I went plant based 10 months ago and all my bloods have improved significantly and I feel best I have in a long time. Highly recommended.

Watched this documentary twice now and its one of the most informative docos I've seen brilliant if you don't want to die early from heart disease or diabetes! Cancer ect. Must watch!
