"Found" feels like something I watched long ago at my grandma's house as just a little kid. Has the late 80's early 90's horror feel. Not in that cheesy grindhouse-esque grainy way either. Its hard to explain. What's clear is that there is a rather meaningful story being told here, and while it is slow to play out - I was certainly never bored. There are some truly awful scenes that are sure to satisfy gore hounds, but that is not what this film is about. It is very much a story piece and a commentary on horrors that exists everywhere. The budget is obviously very low, and the cast and production value reflect that. Nevertheless, this is a very thoughtful indie horror flick that im glad I checked out. 3.5, but we will round up to 4 for the sake of Google.

Found has stayed with me for days since I saw it. Despite being told from the perspective of a preteen boy this is a deeply disturbing movie. There are some gruesome scenes but it's what you don't see in the climax of the film that will really haunt you. Don't get turned off by the low budget, this is one of the most vital horror films in years.

We can see that they try...but they failed. Everything is bad in that movie. The story, the acting is literally terrible, no suspens, 10 min of ridiculous gore and that all.
