A modern day take on the classic tale by Mary Shelley.. Frankenstein is set in present day Los Angeles and told entirely from the perspective of the Monster. After he is artificially created, then left for dead by a husband-and-wife team of eccentric scientists, Adam is confronted with nothing but aggression and violence from the world around him. This perfect creation-turned disfigured monster must come to grips with the horrific nature of humanity.

One of the best Frankenstein movies. An effective modern telling of a classic that stays true to the source. Great lead performance. Enough gore but more importantly a healthy effective dose of pathos and all for a modest budget.

Great update, set in modern times, good to see Bernard Rose back behind the camera..Better than the other FRANKENSTEIN films at the Minute..

Really decent film,showing that the monster is society.Some will hate it,but I personally loved it.Great acting and pacing,and very moving.
