Salma Hayek's portrayal of Frida is amazing! Frida Kahlo's life and marriage to fellow artist Diego makes for a fascinating story. Frida was an incredible, and strong woman! Her art touched this world in so many ways. Frida's soul burned so bright. I think Salma must have channeled Frida during filming, she captured Frida's very essence here. Beautiful performance from Ms. Hayek! From the costumes to the sets, the casting, cinematography, locations, and direction, everything about this film is fantastic!👍

Kahlo's art itself plays almost as another character, revealing the story behind the obvious. The production design is genius & sumptuous. Not a weak member in the cast. Brilliant.
