Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen and Leslie Mann star in this seriously funny film from writer-director Judd Apatow (The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up). When famous comedian George Simmons (Sandler) is given a second chance at a new beginning, he and his assistant, a struggling comedian, Ira (Rogen), return to the places and people that matter most-including the stand-up spots that gave him his start and the girl that got away (Mann). Thought it would be funny cuz hey its got Adam Sandler and Seth Rogan in it right? Wrong! Good acting on Rogan's and Sandler's parts but it was just the f word over and over again... what a turn off. And by the way next to the pun a dirty joke is the second lowest form of humor. People don't laugh cause its funny they laugh because they are uncomfortable and shocked. This movie is filled with these attempts of cheap laughter. Mature adults... don't waste your money or time.

I had really high hopes for this film, two of my favorite comedians, Adam Sandler and Seth Rogan in one film, sounds great! Unfortunately, it fell flat for me. I couldn't relate to any of the characters and by 30 minutes in I wished I was somewhere else. Save your money and avoid!

But its really not bad at all... It's not a comedy in the modern sense, people tend to think it is because of the actors involved but once you see the movie for what it is, it is very easy to appreciate.
