About this movie

April, 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theatre, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, and with a rookie soldier thrust into their platoon, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.

Utter b@llocks.... Another war film that pushes the line good German bad German and it's been made in 2014!! and not 1945..... It's a wonder they had enough bad Germans to kill as they fell like lemmings attacking one tank.... Do us a favour! A film utterly filled with cliché and Brads endorsement is as sad as is this ripping yarn that impresses people of little brain. I wish there was a minus button or a zero in the stars

I rented this film and it was an enjoyable flick. It is interesting to see tanks and their crews being the main leads in a war film. Usually it would be the infantry. The effects where outstanding at times the big Tiger fight was great and Michael Peña fear really caputred the moment. I would say its worth a rent at first then see if you like it. Its enjoyable although one I wouldn't rank up there as one of my favourite films of the genre.

Poor acting, forgettable storyline and appalling action scenes. No enjoyment or excitement in the film at all. Watched a lot of films and this is right up there with the worst films I have seen. Cannot justify even paying what it costs to rent this film. Wait until it's out on the TV in a few years time. And then I would still advise you not to watch it.
