Humans control other humans in mass-scale, multi-player online games: people play people for keeps. At the heart of mind-control technology and the creator of these controversial games is reclusive billionaire Ken Castle (Michael C. Hall -- TV's "Dexter"). His latest brainchild, the first-person shooter game SLAYERS, allows millions to act out their most savage fantasies online in front of a global audience, using real prisoners as avatars with whom they fight to the death.
The superstar and cult hero of the ultraviolent SLAYERS is Kable (Gerard Butler, Law Abiding Citizen) who is controlled by Simon, a young gamer with rock star status. Week after week Simon defies all odds by guiding Kable to victory. But Kable, forced to fight against his will, is desperate to escape the game. I love this movie as I am an avid video gamer. I loved the idea of Death Race and this is no different. The movie has copious amounts of gore and that is excellent as other shows the ferocity of gaming and how twisted it can be at times.

Hard to get used to Dexter in this role but when u do its a most excellent film. Wonder how long till its real life? Haha BBK

Action packed twisted movie. Love it
