With medicine and technology continuing to change at a rapid pace across sports and entertainment, natural bodybuilding as a whole has been criticized and questioned. Can the league guarantee that these competitors are truly natural?

I like muscles and I prefer my muscles and the muscles I spectate all on to be natural, like God intended them to be. So I liked this movie but I wished they focused more on kegel exercises too; it's very important.
