Genius is a Telugu film directed by TV Host Omkar. Srinivas (Havish,) Yasir (Ashwin) and Shiva (Vinod) play key roles. Sarat Kumar plays a powerful police role. Nivas, a Brahmin child, sees politician Nanaji (Pradip Rawat) come home-- his parents and grandfather give him a lot of respect and importance. Then and there he decides not to be a priest but a leader. His other two friends Yasir and Shiva worship a cricketer and a film star respectively. Their faith is manipulated by the people they trust so they decide to teach them a lesson and to set an example for all those who worship celebrities blindly. The rest of the story is about whether Nivas, Yaasir and Jeeva succeed in fulfilling their objectives.
