When I first saw this in the theater, I thought it was a genuinely old cartoon. The title was definitely anachronous and the illusion was heightened by it's skimpy (by today's standards) plot, employing archaic sight gags, and including slightly "taboo" items such as Clarabelle flashing her utters. I thought the voices sounded genuine as well and later found out that they used the original voice actors, including Walt Disney himself. The transition to 3D is seamless.

One step forward with "Frozen" and ten steps back with this depiction of a male antagonist unable to control his lust. Am I reading too much into it? Probably.

Disney/Pixar does it again with this short, and brings back memories of their golden years. ----------------------side notes------------ - This is their 3rd nod to the Brony community. First was in Tangled, and second was in Frozen. Cool, right? /) - Also, I just noticed that Pete's steampunk goggle top-hat is unintentionally shaped like a penis. *facepalms*
