When I first saw this in the theater, I thought it was a genuinely old cartoon. The title was definitely anachronous and the illusion was heightened by it's skimpy (by today's standards) plot, employing archaic sight gags, and including slightly "taboo" items such as Clarabelle flashing her utters. I thought the voices sounded genuine as well and later found out that they used the original voice actors, including Walt Disney himself. The transition to 3D is seamless.

I saw this amazing short film as it accompanied Disney's Frozen. It was unique, as the original hand drawn techniques collided with today's technology. Worth buying.

I had to sit through this twice when I saw "Frozen" in theaters. The idea had promise, but the execution was sad.
