When millionaire hedge fund manager James King (Ferrell) is nailed for fraud and bound for a stretch in San Quentin,the judge gives him 30 days to get his affairs in order. Desperate,he turns to Darnell Lewis (Hart) to prep him for a life behind bars. But despite James’ one-percenter assumptions,Darnell is a hard-working small business owner who has never received a parking ticket,let alone been to prison. Together,the two men do whatever it takes for James to ‘get hard’ and,in the process,discover how wrong they were about a lot of things – including each other.

As many others mentioned on here, this could have been a very funny movie, but sadly just fell flat. Had a few funny parts but overall it was just very forgettable. Horrible script and just a very messy movie. Kevin Hart and Will Ferrell just ended up being very annoying together. Wouldn't recommend.

Jokes were pretty lame and Will Ferrells style doesn't work because of the terrible writing...looks like it was written over a weekend and they just penned whatever crap that popped into their head

I would have expected so much more will is one of my favorite comedians but fell so short in this movie. At the end of the day its not really a must see movie.
