I haven't seen the movie yet but, Scarlett Johansson is a talented actress, while reading a few reviews I see the not so talented are following! Will place on wish list and critique if struck by lightening. Loved girl with a pearl earring Vermeer never stood a chance and lucy was high risk and action packed.

This is easily one of the most racist movies that has come out in the past couple of years. We are led to believe that In order to enhance a Japanese person you will need to remove their brain and put it in a robot resembling a white person. Of course that job can only be entrusted to a white person. Furthermore, the only person who then would be good enough to be a body guard has to be white too. I was going to give it two stars because it is visually impressive, but I really can't. The plot is weak and gets weaker towards the end of the film. The acting is mediocre at best.

This film is positioned in posthuman time and brings new ideas about the us humans, robots, people who become robots and how their creators and society sees them. It catched my attention at the first scene and didn't let go until the end. I am willing to forgive few cheeze phrases and some not so authentic effects.
