After waging a war on slime that cost New York City millions, the Ghostbusters find themselves out of business until an ancient tyrant, preparing a return to the Earthly domain through his portrait at the Manhattan Museum of Modern Art, sets his sights on Dana Barrett's baby as the new home for his wicked soul! With the help of the Museum's possessed curator, he plans to turn New York into a really scary place to live! Man, what memories! My mum taped this for me on channel 4 years back when I was kid. I still remember the idents in between. Loved it then, love it now. Had a DVD and now a BD and UV copy. A worthy film in my vault. Cast is brill, jokes are great. I like it. I've got a great sequel set many years later. Hopefully I can fix the damage the remake has made. Avoid that like plague.

Ok i suppose but not great as the first film is...my kids seemed to like it but for me this film could have been way better.

Ghostbuster 1 is good; 2 is just meh. Just unsure why many think it otherwise. Maybe there is something that I missed?
