A feisty misfit sent to a mental hospital inspires his fellow patients to assert themselves, much to the chagrin of the strong-willed head nurse, who turns out to be more dangerous than any of the inmates. Based on the novel by Ken Kesey and the play by Dale Wasserman.

One of my all time favorite movies. Of the movies I've seen based off of books, this one does a great job of sticking to the book. It's an amazing and heartwretching depiction of mental institutions back in the 1960s and earlier.

One of Nicholson's most famous movies with lots of action and laughing!
