Director Francois Girard explores the life of legendary pianist Glenn Gould in 32 vignettes – each a variation on a theme of the Gould phenomenon, resulting in a biographical mosaic of a film deftly capturing the artist’s uniquely personal journey.

This is one of my all-time favorite movies. Needless to say, I am a major Gould fan, but this still amazes me every time I see it.

Could not finish watching it. I like many of Gould's performances, but suspect I am not enough of a fan to enjoy this movie.
