Batten down the hatches and blow the ballast! The U.S. Sub Standard--theleast seaworthy vessel to ever enter the water--plunges intomisadventure at the helm of the navy's most inept captain. Assembled bya corrupt contractor that's siphoning funds and sending kickbacks to thenavy brass, the submarine is sent on a one-way mission . . . but it'screw doesn't know they aren't supposed to return in this comic farce.
