When a local General's spoiled son seeks Zouri’s counsel to launder his father’s wealth, Zouri agrees by staging an extravagant beauty pageant for the city’s most exotic escorts. As their elaborate ploy falls into place with Ying Wanyan (Shu Qi, The Assassin) crowned as the winner, celebrations run wild unleashing a sequence of events, which include an engagement gone rogue, an untimely death and a fugitive’s attempt to prove himself innocent.
