Be careful what you wish for. With their after school junk business, best friends Sonny and Sam hope to find treasure in other people’s trash. But when cleaning out the old Stine house, they open a locked book that frees a supernatural nightmare – Slappy! Now, with the help of Sonny’s sister Sarah, they’re in a race against time to get the sinister dummy and all the creatures he’s brought to life back into the pages before he unleashes total pandemonium!

This actually FEELS like a goosebumps film. Truly a joy to watch, the characters are brilliantly drawn, and the various horror nods sprinkled throughout are executed with sincerity. Just plain fun, this is going straight into our mandatory Halloween watches.

wasn't as great as the first but it was still brilliant to watch. slappy is still terrifying but so are the other monsters including the pumpkins. if you make a goosebumps 3, I bet it will be as good as the first two
