Very moving movie about the value of life and how some people disregard that. Shows how one man became so numb to the value of life that he ignored his pledge as a doctor to preserve and protect it. Don't know how anyone could view this as a preachy or biased movie. It is not that at all. This is a must see whether you are Pro-Choice, Pro-Life or neutral on the issue of abortion. Don't miss viewing this very important movie.

Done very well. This movie is a true story, and irregardless of your political views you will be astounded to see how much Dr. Gosnell gets away with, before they finally prosecute him. The movie doesn't get gross (Eeven though its about murder and abortion) the movie refrains from showing explicit images (I was hesitant to watch the movie because I thought it might be full of propoganda or be distastfull). The movie is done well, doesn't seem to have an agenda and I highly recomend it!

No matter you political views, this is a good movie about the monster Gosnell. i believe we should all be aware of legal late term abortions & the degree that some doctors take it to next level as either their "crusade", their greed, or their mental instability. Dean Cain is awesome in this movie.
