About this movie

Sandra Bullock and George Clooney star in this heart-pounding thriller written, set in the infinite and unforgiving realm of deep space. Bullock plays a brilliant medical engineer on her first shuttle mission, with Clooney as a veteran astronaut in command of his last flight before retiring. But on a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving the two completely alone -- tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness. The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth...and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left. But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space. CBFC Rating U/A.Cert No. DFL/2/97/2013-MUM

Weak story line. This movie uses some basic concepts of out space and has lots of cliches. Rotten tomatos rating is bad from this one... I'd say its ok to watch but not worth buying.

If there is something "that needs to be seen to be believed", Gravity has to be that. Extremely long takes, but never boring for even a moment. It keeps you engaged throughout. You really worry for Ryan Stone, a character tailor-made of Sandra Bullock! She is so brilliant that her acting is a character in itself! Nothing beats this masterpiece!

I have watched it over for about 11 times, trying to find direction mistakes, errors on graphics, missed plot & such stuff but failed miserably. I really liked the sound mixing, very realistic. Also the zero G acting was great. I can say visuals are really impressive with great detailing. To perfectly phrase it "nailed it..!"
