I thought this documentary film is OK even though many loved it. My issue's with this film is that this movie is like a conflict, like people say that grizzlies are monsters but some say they are majestic creatures. I think think timothey treadwell is an OK kind of guy. He has a passion for animals & cares about animals & hates people, but on the other hand: he smokes, he does drugs & goes way too far with animals because he treats them like they are pets. One thing is clear: grizzlies are wild animals but they are NOT monsters as we think they are & they are Not the most dangerous animals on earth! Now for the positive: the score is good, beautiful & charming. The cinematogrophy is attractive & very well shoted. The narration is great. I like how the doctor told the viewers about the story about the bear attack on treadwell. There are cute scenes with treadwell & his animal friends. A great scene when the 2 bears, brown & mickey fighting each other. Overall this is a very captivating & interesting yet out-of-hand documentary film.

This documentary could have had more facts and less opinions. As an individual, I wish I could have been able to see more of Timothy Treadwell. He knew the animals better than most and had a sense of their behavior enabling him to be one of them. He was a spectacular man, but his films went to the wrong hands to create a documentary.

Fascinating story about a man who becamed obsessed with his love for the bears. But that obsession also turned to working to preserve those bears & their homes. Enlightened many people !!
