The storyline was OK. The acting so so. The villains costume was so bad I laughed when I saw him the first time. After about 30 - 45 minutes into the movie I wish I was able to get my rental money back, but I stuck with it and it turned out OK overall. I would definitely suggest renting before buying you may be glad you did.

OK, this movie was bad. It was just a befuddled, muddled mess. The storyline was juvenile. Everything seemed like it was thrown together with some cool action here and there and a little bit if cool CGI. I don't know where Russia is with there entertainment industry but they need a lot more work. It's either take over the world or make great movies they obviously can't do both.

If you plan on watching this do yourself a favor and rent the Russian version and watch it in Russian with English subtitles. The English overdub is the absolute worst and corniest voiceover acting jobs you'll ever hear... and it's not intentional. It's clearly people who had not seen the movie and are just blindly reading lines off a piece of paper while not even watching the movie, and with zero context as to what they are even saying or why. Secondly if you plan on watching this movie go in understanding that it's just simply not a very good movie to begin with. Kind of seems like what would happen if you gave a bunch of relatively inexperienced filmmakers a decent budget. Thirdly the CGI.... to say it's inconsistent would be putting it mildly. Sometimes it's pretty darn good, right up there with mega budget Hollywood blockbusters.... and sometimes it's so ridiculously bad you'll want to stop the movie and just pretend you never even watched it.
