This film is random. Just watch the first scene - and it gets even randomer. (If that's a word) but there are some good and funny moments in the film that I liked. The very good bits mean you can enjoy the film, even if you have to. Later in the film, the plot gets significantly better. All of a sudden, all the random things make sense and weave together a truly brilliant ending that displays human strength, courage, friendship and teamwork. In some ways, this film is bad, but in others it's great. It's worth renting but don't buy it. This is the sort of movie that you can't watch loads and loads of times. I'd rate it 3.8 stars if I could. (P.S. : if you don't like swearing, do not watch this film - there's plenty of it. Just warning in advance.)

Sometimes films are made that I can watch without rolling my eyes and tutting or feeling embarrassed to be watching. This was one of them unfortunately. The ripped off tarentino soundtrack didn't help along with the poor general direction this generic mess of a film was going. I'm a huge movie fan and unfortunately there seems to be big budget rubbish coming out every year whole films held up by visual effects poor story lines etc example x men films are the same movie made multiple times. WTF boring tripe

these movies are getting to be much the samey. It's not uncommon nowadays to have a wisecracking hero that isn't a golden boy but who is more grey than light. It's not that funny a movie. They also got rid of a big bad guy in the marvel universe. It's pace and tone are constant throughout. I didn't really experience beginning middle and end so when it did end I was thinking, 'well so what?' A decent offering but these rave reviews need to be moderated.
