And in Vol. 3, Peter must rally his team for a dicey mission to defend the universe - and protect one of their own. Also starring Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista and Karen Gillan, with the voice talents of Vin Diesel as "Groot" and Bradley Cooper as "Rocket," all three of these "Guardians" volumes are directed by James Gunn. Volumes 2 and 3 were also written by Gunn, with Volume 1 written by Gunn and Nicole Perlman.
