Sean Barker became the unwilling host to an alien bio-armor known as the Guyver. A year ago he destroyed the Kronos Corporation, an organization of mutants who want the Guyver. Now he is trying to find out why the Guyver unit forces him to fight and kill evil. He is lead to an archeological site where scientists discover an ancient space craft. Now he must fight Kronos again before they discover the secrets of the Guyver's origin. Starring David Hayter (TV's "Spider-Man"). Based on the popular Japanese comic book series.

Loved the first film even though it was corny, this movie actually kept a lot to the source material, like the Creators and Relic's Point, look up the anime guys, it's way more intense than the live action films, in case nobody knows, David Hayter playing Sean Barker also voiced Solid Snake from the Metal Gear franchise

So to get this out of the gate. This movie is old.. and it's age shows, but that can't be helped. This film recalls days of old when Movies did not really try send a message, but just give you some good entertainment to watch. The film stars David Hayter in the lead role as Sean Barker/The Guyver, replacing Jack Armstrong in the role from the first one (good choice). There is also a much younger, Kathy Christopherson, who you will know from Dexter, Califonication, and tons of other appearances in TV shows you like. Compared to the previous film, Guyver: Dark Hero was much closer to the source material, more serious and violent. So watch this movie... it worth the rental price! ( To Buy... it's a TAD bit over priced IMO)

I'm only rating this 3 stars because of the quality. I purchased the hd version for 17.99 but it looks like VHS. I know this movie can look better then this. It use to air on the sci-fi channel in better quality. Otherwise great 90's action flick.
