Walking through the streets of Gaza in his tattered uniform and laughing out loudly, Haifa might be considered crazy, with his constant talk of returning to the city of which he bears the name. But he understands human nature, and through his eyes we get to know the lives and the problems of the lively characters that inhabit the refugee camp.
