Wannabe "satanists" that use it as an identity & religion for their political endeavors than a philosophy. Did not delve deep into the history of satanism much, this is more of a documentary mostly about The Satanic Temple organization and not the full spectrum of other esoteric groups that may have existed.

A fantastic documentary. Cleanly crafted, great storytelling, compelling interviews, and super fun. I was able to see a screening and theatres, and I'm absolutely going to purchase this film. The audience that night was laughing and cheering; the Satanic Temple has surely got it right. They're a far cry from the LaVey Church of Satan, and this film makes sure that people have a much more clear view of what they do, and why they do it. The cast of characters is never boring, and their stories are told in a way that really makes you feel like you're getting to know them. Can't recommend it enough, and expecting that this film will win a lot more awards in the future. A great example of the simple fact that you can do good in your community and the world without God. Hail Satan!
