Stupid concept. Atmospheric, sure, but the story is basically about some person who was born evil and killed someone as soon as he was big enough & w. enough dexterity to hold a knife. I'm unable to let myself be gullable enough to buy into it. Dr. Loomis being a "psychiatrist" I guess somehow makes his flat earther ramblings more easy to digest...

Excellent movie, and while this release is technically sound - with it's clear picture and great audio - I have to give 4 stars for missing some plot content. I grew up on the Anchor Bay DVD release that added the 12 additional minutes they shot to fit the ABC broadcast, so after 20 years of that and then going back to the OG, it's really jarring. It may not seem like it, but those 12m make for a far more compelling story.

Man I want this movie so much on Google play. I had it on wishlist. For over 5 years maybe more. Gave up hope. But I found it on Amazon movie app. So I have it on there and haven't bought a movie through this app in years. And probably won't ever again!!!!
