Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago. Master of horror John Carpenter joins forces with director David Gordon Green and producer Jason Blum (Get Out, Split) for this follow up to Carpenter's 1978 classic.

Ratings and reviews

It's not too shabby. It wasn't the best in the series, I prefer Rob Zombie's version but I respect David Gordon Green enough as a director to give this a fair review. Judy Greer did a good job also, glad she's getting more exposure. At least Michael Myers didn't look retarded, lol Eastbound and Down joke 👻 Happy Halloween Everyone 🎃

Halloween (2018) was ok, But I think they did Laurie story better on Halloween: 20 years later, I still like them as siblings, They had cut that out of the story,They ignored those movies, And start a fresh timeline, I think that was a good idea, Because the story was a mess, And put it 40 years later, I still prefer Halloween: 20 years later over the 2018 Halloween, I wish I could give this movie 3 and a half stars, It was good though
