9 sánzá ya zómi na mɔ̌kɔ́ 2018 Halloween(1978) has always been my favorite horror movie of all time so approaching this sequel i knew that it would be hard to match my expectations. But i gotta say this follow up sequel to the original masterpiece started off very well as i expected it to be. This sequel is as refreshing as they come. It's weaknesses lie not with the film itself but with the inferior gorefest rip offs that have come since the original installment. The film's horror lies in the psychological and trauma of it's leading characters and the clash of Myers and Strode is one for the ages. Jamie Lee Curtis gives new dimensions to a character that has since become eclipsed, much like Halloween itself, to lesser interactions of the 'last girl' archetype. Her protrayal of the hard as nails survivalist survivor struggling with PTSD is remarkable and she alone raises the callibre of the film. It sure is absolutely extremely brutal and terrifying! It truly feels like the 1 & only true original classic Michael Myers(Nick Castle)The Shape has finally return! With Absolute terrifying beauty. Halloween has returned to it's roots with this fresh and new sequel. I highly appreciated all the work and effort they put in this movie it all turned out very well, outstanding, electrifying, and gory! It's such a remarkable entertaining horrifying movie that lives highly up to the original. The score is excellent and suspenseful and the ending is satisfying. I hope to see an extended uncut version where the psychological dark themes are explored in depth. But, until then, Long Live Michael Myers!🔪🎃

Overhyped and seriously overrated. It isn't scary at all. There's no atmosphere, a terrible subplot, dumb jokes that kill what little tension there is and the ending was weak and an obvious set up for a sequel. This film is just a cash grab. They didn't ignore the other sequels they ripped them all off in one way or another. A very boring uninspired lazy movie.

28 sánzá ya zómi na míbalé 2018 Ok, every single person that keeps saying its bad, let the franchise die, characters make dumb decisions, it has more comedy than horror, YOU'RE WRONG. The only reason characters made bad decisions is because they needed to be killed off, like Ray-Karen's husband. It has a lot of comedy because the creators wanted to make sure it was still interesting and entertaining to watch instead of this unstoppable force thing killing people non stop like all the dumb sequels and how they explained it.DONE
