ამ ფილმის შესახებ

Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago. Master of horror John Carpenter joins forces with director David Gordon Green and producer Jason Blum (Get Out, Split) for this follow up to Carpenter's 1978 classic.

If you love the original movie and enjoyed the sequel that carried on with the story and gave it a satisfactory ending then forget this pointless load of old tripe. Halloween was never an out and out slasher movie but this supposedly actual sequel breaks all the rules and doesn't keep Michael myers in the shadows. This is what made the first two movies so effective and full of actual jump scares, as a movie I was thoroughly looking forward to seeing all I can say is "A Huge Dissapointment" 😠

It isn't perfect, but its the best one since the original, sure it isnt scary either, but to me neither is the original. Myers is quick and deadly, he doesn't dilly dally, he just does it without remorse. He still has that supernatural element, taking a full crowbar to the head, run into, stabbed and shot a few times, which is somewhat needed to make him seem somewhat unstoppable and relentless in his pursuit of Laurie.

This is what always should have been the sequel to John Carpenters original, Rob Zombie tries to explain his mind, the true fear of these films is you can't explain him, plus I like that they point put he could speak if he wanted to, he just doesn't, the ending to me left it open ended for a sequel if done right.
