Enjoyed this film when it first came out. However, when I purchase a film I expect to see the full feature film. Not something that has been hacked to pieces. It ruins the tension and storyline! How about informing the audience what version you're selling. Is that too much to ask?
Paul Spencer
Audiences bemoaned the lack of boogeyman Michael Myers in this lonely entry in the Halloween series, but it's actually a very creepy little chiller with a sinister portrayal of avuncular villainy from Dan O'Herlihy and Carpenter regular Tom Atkins as the boozy divorcee who finds himself in way over his head. One of the very few major films to hint at the pagan origins of Halloween as part of its nefarious plot.

I love this movie, but then again I love all of the Halloween films. No Michael Myers in this one but that's no bad thing
